Roger Nichter founded Nichter Construction, Inc. with the concept in mind, “Old World Craftsmanship. New World Technology” and is proud of the fact that Nichter Construction will build the homes other contractors find to difficult.

We are not a “tract” home builder. We do not build “cookie-cutter” homes. Our homes are usually “one of a kind” designer homes that truly fit our clienteles personality and ongoing needs. Most often, our homes are designed by recognized architects throughout the U.S.

We are accustom to dealing with the exacting requirements of the architect and owner. We have developed processes to keep all “interested parties” involved in the progress of the home completion regardless of their location.

Most of our direct employees have been with Nichter Construction for over 20 years and are some of the finest craftsmen in their particular field of expertise. We also work with over 60 local/regional vendors that have proven to hold the same high standards as Nichter Construction.

When a particular material or resource is not available locally, Nichter Construction will draw upon it’s business partners to source out the perfect solution to the most complicated construction problem.

Although, the large, one of a kind, new construction is a big part of our business, Nichter Construction also works with existing homes from the Kitchen/Bathroom remodel to a full remodel of an existing home including room additions. We bring the same attention to detail to a “remodel” as we do to our large scale new construction.
